Jackpot!

I applied for 9 jobs this morning! I was at a loss for where to look next and then boom! There they were. Most happen to be the business/office side of the medical field. I figured that would be a good choice since it is the only thing that is looking normal in this dreary economy. I still haven't heard back from the other 30ish applications I have put in at various places. I think I underestimated the difficulty of finding a job.

I started New Moon last night. Stephenie Meyer, although she does have a basic writing style, has a way of enchanting her readers. I am finding it hard to put the Twilight books down! This I am very surprised at, I didn't think I would get this into them. Beth and I have already planned to have a "Hallmark girls night out" when the next movie comes out in the fall. I watched the first one the other night and it went by the book as good as any book-movie conversion I have seen. The beginning was slow, much like the book, but I was happy in how it turned out. Definitely worth watching.
