That's the day James gets home! Not sure about the time yet, I've just been told "morning sometime maybe." Which of course means he doesn't know either! The military motto, hurry up and wait. Oh the story of our lives! However, I've been able to text him because he had his phone activated. Lucky for us one of his troops had a charger that fit it, because he doesn't have his! That would have been bad. Just 2 more days! YAY!
Wedding dress shopping was a success... Kinda. It was fun and I had the whole store all to myself! I tried on a lot and once we got going it got easier to eliminate some, until the last 4. I love them all! So we have to go back again to try them on and get some opinions. (But not yours Mr Snooper!) It's funny because they are similar style, but different on many levels. Which makes it hard. I like the way one fits, I like the top of one, I like the bottom of another, I like that a few of them are not the 'typical' wedding dresses, and on and on the list goes. I've already said, I want the dress that looks the best on ME not the one that may be the prettiest dress on the hanger. I also don't want a plain gown. It has to stand out! Not like gawdy standing out. More along the lines of "Oh wow that is an amazing gown!" But of course, I don't want the dress to be wearing me. I eliminated several for that reason. I felt like I got lost in all the material! We can't have that now can we? Oh decisions, decisions! Goodness knows I'm not good with that, but I kinda have an idea of what I think might happen. Not 100% sure and I still need more opinions and a few people to go with me next time. I could see 100 different things when I try them on again and go with a completely different gown. Who knows, but it's exciting!! :)
