Anyone Else Feel Like Time Is Standing Still?

I've heard it from a few. Although, I'm not going to count Alex or myself because we know why our time isn't moving very fast. Isn't that horrible? When you are looking forward to something so much, it feels like it's never going to get here! However, Melanie at work said the same thing last night! Maybe it's a July thing. Not much happens in July really. It's hot. The middle of the summer. Besides the 4Th there's no big holiday, and even that one gets over at the beginning of the month. So the rest just kinda drags on and on. At least that's my theory. You other people might think it's going at the speed of light. Not so for this little anxious girl!

Well last week was a big week for me in my job hunt. I had the most calls in a one week period than... ever! So that's a good thing. They were pre-screening. So I'm waiting to hear back from them. Another called me yesterday, I interviewed today, and he is hoping to call me tomorrow, but it will more than likely be the week after next because he is going on vacation all next week. The last was an email from a pre-screening test thing I took when I applied. I guess I scored pretty high, so my resume is going into the "check these out" file. So maybe I will hear from them too. Things are starting to look up... Kinda. It would happen now that James is going to be home in a few weeks...

Bella. Bella. Bella. My wild little girl. I've just noticed that she hasn't gotten her OWN blog post recently. Well, I haven't been blogging much since July started. She's a mess. She loves outside still, but it's hot so most days she is just content sitting inside looking out the window. (As long as she gets to go out early in the morning before it's too hot.) Something I have noticed her doing the past couple days is get super excited when you get home. Not too unusual, but now she does her little chirp and runs all over the house, jumps on the bed, runs down the hall, and almost knocks over her little rocking chair she loves so much. The pink mousey made a return today. It was buried in her toy box, but mommy dug it out for her. Those little eyes just lit up at the sight of her favorite toy! Spoiled? Yea, just like she should be.
