Protein, Vitamins, Calcium... Repeat!

Apparently I have a deficiency of protein, vitamins, and calcium. That isn't uncommon in athletes. I guess somewhere along the last 9 years it happened. It would seem that being a retired athlete for a year would fix it, but such is not the case. So you could say I'm on a "diet" of sorts. Not the kind in which you lose weight, quite the opposite really. My doctor told me last year I could stand to gain 15 pounds. (Which he highly recommended.) My genes don't allow that though. Not trying to brag, but my genetics are in my favor for staying small. He said I could eat whatever whenever I wanted and I pretty much do, but I guess I'm still lacking protein, vitamins, and calcium. So I'm on all kinds of things! In the morning I take Calcium, a multivitamin, Vitamin D, and Biotin. At night I take another Calcium and Biotin. Two eggs for breakfast every morning. (With cheese because I don't like eggs by themselves.) My snacks consist of fruit and almonds. Of course leafy greens in there too. Oh and lets not forget at least one glass of milk a day. (With chocolate because I don't like milk either.) Shew! It's almost too much to keep up with! I hope all this craziness works...
