Yes we got a new baby! It was a spur of the moment kinda thing. Mom saw her at the hair dresser's house and she was reminded of Whiskers, my cat that died just over two years ago. So she fell in love with her, but she didn't get her... Instead she wanted to take me over there to see the kitty and you guess it! We came home with her. She is the runt of her litter and the last one available. Cindy, our hair dresser, saved her life twice. Once right after she was born and they thought she had frozen to death and again the day it snowed when she tried to follow mama when she was moving all the kittens and got lost in the snow. However, she is still alive and a little fighter! We haven't named her yet... still throwing around some possibilities. Any suggestions?
She is a long haired cat. We think she will be a maincoon based on what her family looks like. (Whiskers was also a maincoon... we love those cats)
Meeting big brother. He was really excited to meet her, but she hissed at him a few times. Tiger wasn't that interested in her. She ignored her for the most part and hissed at her once, but I think they will get to be friends before too long. Tiges needs a friend.
