Come On Mr Weather Man

Do you think we will get snow? I must admit to being a sceptic. When they call for snow, we get nothing. When they call for rain, we get snow and lots of it. Only a weather man can be wrong every day and still keep his job. And only North Carolina weather could be so difficult. I guess time will tell. According to the weather channel we should be finding out in about 6 hours. (That could be wrong too.)

Yesterday we took a trip to the vet again. This time with both darling girls in tow. The vet wouldn't give Tiger a rabies shot when she was sick, which she needed. So to kill two birds with one stone, that's a horrible saying, we took both girls. Bella needed some fluids and some injections to help her get over this virus. Well, we only have one cat carrier. Imagine the fun that was going to be. So we put Tiger in the carrier and Bella on a leash inside a giant purse. Go ahead and laugh. If Paris can put a little rat dog in her purse, I can put a cat in mine. Only it wasn't mine. Anyways, she looked so cute with her little head poking out! I thought she was doing so great! Until we got into the room and pulled her out. She got so nervous she peed all in the bag! I guess it was a 'have to be there' moment, but it was hilarious! Poor darling girl. So needless to say it was all over her and she had to get a bath when she got home. Don't give a sick cat a bath. They are in no mood for it and you will come out with all kinds of battle wounds. Trust me on that one. So after her very traumatic day, she's all better! She is on a special food today, but she is doing great! Both girls are. So happy to have my girls healthy again. :)
