Recovery Day

Wow what a weekend! An Indian Trail Christmas was a hit and as always a lot of fun. However, by the time the last one rolls around we are all so tired its a miracle we can get through it sometimes. Six performances in 4 days is a LOT! (Well seven if you count dress rehearsal and add three more if you count morning services.)



It was worth it though. The story line was very touching this year and it was a true story. As I said in an earlier blog, sick kids get me every time, especially ones with cancer. I almost cried every show! The music was awesome, not as good as past years, but it was still good. Then of course the Jesus drama changed many peoples' lives. Over 300 came to faith in Jesus, which is awesome!



Now my recovery day is going to be spent studying and writing a paper. Exciting I know, but I am going to leave you with an awesome picture taken by an orchestra member's daughter from the show.
