Yes, we are trying our hand at broccoli cheddar soup tonight! So far it smells pretty good. (The broccoli is cooking in the spices and chicken broth.) After that, all I have to do is add the flour and milk until it's thick and then the cheddar! We don't have any, but I figured cheese wiz is pretty close right? Well, we'll see! I've never made soup before. Not home made, I can make soup out of a can like no body's business. So this is a new adventure for me! I got it into my head at work today, but I didn't have a recipe. (Thank goodness for google!) I found the recipe here! (So excited the link thing finally worked too! I've been fighting with that.) Well, I think my broccoli is done! I will let you know how it tastes later!
